I haven’t created a password yet. How do I log in?
If you have reached this Log In page and have never logged in before, you need to create a password first. Please follow these steps:
- Enter the email address that we currently have in our database below and an email will be sent to you with a link to create a password. Make sure you are connected to the internet. Click the link and create a password.
- If the link does not take you to the page where you can create your password, there is a web address spelled out at the bottom of the email, which you can highlight in its entirety, copy, and paste into any browser window.
- Once you have created your password, you can log in on any page of our website, hoffmaninstitute.org. There is a gray “Login” link at the top right, next to the Hoffman logo.
- Note: Since you will be visiting the website multiple times, it is recommended that you create a bookmark in your browser for easier access.
- If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please call our office for help: 415-485-5220 or toll-free at 800-506-5253, or email techsupport@hoffmaninstitute.org. If your call is received after business hours please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
I forgot my password! What do I do?
- Enter the email address we currently have in our database below, confirm it, and verify the Captcha, then click Submit. You will be sent an email with instructions for resetting your password to the address you entered.
- If you do not receive the Password Reset email, please make sure you entered the email we have currently on record for you, and that you are looking in that account for our email.
- Also, please check your Junk Mail folder to see if it got caught there. The sending address will be webregistrations@hoffmaninstitute.org. Sometimes this address gets blocked by email servers because it comes from a website. If you have a spam filter, please check there also.
- If you still cannot find it, we may not have your current email in our database. If your call is received after business hours please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
